      • 7:00PM | Welcome Cocktail + Dinner Buffet

      • 7:30PM | Guided Whiskey Tasting (3–5 pours)

      Our tastings highlight rare and distinctive selections, with occasional appearances by distillers or brand reps to deepen the experience.
